The Old Ottawa City hall on 111 Sussex Drive in Ottawa, Canada. Now the John. G. Diefenbaker Building, of Global Affairs Canada, a Department of the Government of Canada. Original building in front was designed by Rother, Bland and Trudeau and opened in 1958. This image of the free-standing spiral staircase was taken inside the ground floor foyer in the old Ottawa City Hall. The building was awarded the Massey Medal in 1958.
