Documents prepared for the Ottawa City Technical Advisory Committee in 1988 regarding the requirements for an addition to the Old Ottawa City Hall at 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, that was subsequently designed by Moshe Safdie Architects and Murray and Murray Architects. The building opened in 1992.
